How many units do you manage? This sets your starting price. Add your units in the app whenever you are ready; once the count in the app reaches this number, billing follows the app from then on.

Connect Claude to your portfolio and read your data from your own tools. Includes the read-only API. Applications $29 per month. Invite applicants or share your application link, collect a profile and documents, charge your own application fee, and review every application in one place. Lease e-signature $15 per month. Send the lease, tenants sign online, the signed copy files itself. Texting $15 per month. Your own local number, rent reminder texts, and text broadcasts to the tenants who opt in. Optional. You can add or drop these later by emailing us.

What you will pay

Professional: $2 per unit per month, with a $50 per month minimum that covers your first 25 units, billed monthly. Free until you add a payment method, then it renews automatically every month until you cancel. There is no free trial and no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime under Billing and Subscription in your workspace.
